APPLE POWDER

Apple powder is a dietary fiber made from dried, juice-extracted apples which are carefully processed. Only organic apples are used. It’s nature contains 10% pectin. Apple powder is a food that can be added to all other foods, provided that no other instructions have to be observed due to the composition of that food.

Apple powder is used in baked goods, long shelf-life baked goods, muesli mixes, bars, fruit mixes.
