APPLE CREAM DESSERT
INGREDIENTS: apple pectin , apple powder, starch
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Apple pectin is a high-ester pectin extracted from apples.
Apple powder is produced from selected type of apples.
Starch produced from corn
PHYSICAL SPECIFICATION
Appearance: fine free-flowing powder
Color: cream to light brown
CONTAMINATES
Heavy metals ppm.: max 20
MICROBIOLOGY
Salmonella: absent in 25/g
Yeast & mold: max 100/g
Coliform bacteria: absent in 1.0/g
PREPARATION:
1 kg for approximately 60 portions,
1 kg of apple cream dessert , sugar/if you wish/ and 9 liters of water or milk
- Mix cream with sugar
- Dissolve with 1/3 of the liquid
- Boil the rest of the liquid
- Pour dissolved cream into the boiling liquid
- Boil 5-7 min
Pour out into glasses or cups and cool
ROSE HIP CREAM DESSERT
INGREDIENTS: wild rose hip powder , apple pectin , apple powder, starch
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Wild rose hip powder produced from Bulgarian wild rose especially rich of vitamin
“C” Apple pectin is a high-ester pectin extracted from apples.
Apple powder is produced from selected type of apples.
Starch produced from corn
